19th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

Last year's 19th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony was held on Friday, November 15th in Heritage Sqaure. The traditional event featured musical entertainment by local school choirs, Bagpiper Liam McGlashon, and the Ferguson Young Band. Almost 1000 people attended this year's tree lighting ceremony. Even Santa Claus himself came out to see the Christmas tree in Heritage Square light up for the first time that season! 

Many attendees also generously donated new, unrapped toys to the Toys for Tots campaign to be distributed to local families in need.

It was a heartwarming event that continued the 19 year long tradition and brought many families together to ring in the start of the holiday season.
