Kerr Street Café opened in 2010 and is a joint venture between Alex Flye, owner of Flye Catering and Shaun Waitzer, owner of Brothers Coffee Roasters. Dr. Ewing-Chow completed a Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University, then attended University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998. She then practiced in the Ottawa area for three years where she gained a great deal of experience in all aspects of comprehensive general dentistry.
