With over 35 years in the food business pleasing customers in our concept restaurants from Greece to the famous Toronto Danforth, Nick Tsangaris (creator of the Souvlaki Hut brand) had certain core beliefs, give customers impeccable quality, delicious ingredients and healthy food choices and the clients will reward you with loyalty. With these simple value based concepts Nick opened the original Souvlaki Hut location in the heart of Clarkson Village, Mississauga, Ontario in the year 2000. From this quaint location Nick developed the Souvlaki Hut brand. His vision was to consistently offer his customers a unique experience which included dinners of chicken, lamb and pork that were reminiscent of the home cooked meals served in Greece.
